Our towers are made from sustainable, strong bamboo. These make the towers sturdy but still able to be moved from space to space if and when required.
Returns
We are sure you will be 100% happy with your Bamboo Helper, but if for any reason you are not, we offer a 100% refund on the product purchase price (subject to terms and conditions).
- Returns must be made within 28 days of the date of order. Contact us first at hello@bamboohelper.com.au to request a Returns Form. This would need to be completed and included in your return shipment.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for organising the return of the item and for full payment of the associated shipping costs.
- The refund you will receive will be of the purchase price of the product, not including any shipping costs.
- We have the right to decline a refund if the item is not in its original state or packaging, or it has not been returned within 14 days.

What are the towers made from?
Is the paint used safe for children?
Yes, all our towers have been treated with food grade non-toxic paint.
What ages will the tower be useful for?
Once your toddler is confident in standing and walking, they can use the tower - we recommend around 18 months upwards, but it all depends on your child. We have had 14 month olds use the tower successfully, and 9 year olds! The tower must only be used with adult supervision so you will soon see if your child is a suitable age for the tower.
How do I keep my tower clean?
Due to the painted surface, a warm microfiber cloth is all you will need to wipe each surface.
Is the tower safe?
The tower is safe with a wide base and high sides, but the child must be supervised at all times.
Will the tower arrive pre-assembled?
The tower will arrive in flat-pack form, with easy to follow instructions. It can be assembled in less than 15 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted through the order page.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Interstate 6-9 business days. Within WA - 2-5 business days. If considered remote, there may be extra charges and time for delivery.
Is there an option to pick up my tower?
If you are in the Perth Metro area and would like to pick up your tower, please contact us before making your order - we are located near Cockburn Central.
